The Illoura Birth Breastfeeding Class is designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your breastfeeding journey. In this 2-hour in-person session we will cover everything you need to know about breastfeeding, from understanding how breastfeeding works, newborn feeding behaviours, latching and positioning, expressing, common challenges, and introducing bottles and dummies. This class is taught by Vanessa Barnard, founder of Illoura Birth, and is open to both expectant breastfeeding mothers and their partners. Class Investment 💰 $120 for you and your chosen support person Includes: - 2 hours of breastfeeding education - Comprehensive breastfeeding booklet with key takeaways and practical guidance - Hands-on latching and positioning techniques - Discussion on common challenges and how to navigate them - Opportunity to ask questions and gain practical, evidence-based advice If you’re looking for real holistic, yet evidence-based guidance to support your breastfeeding experience, this class is for you. This class can be completed at anytime in your pregnancy, however we do recommend attending in your third trimester and before your 38th week of pregnancy.
