Available to previous clients or those who have completed another childbirth class this three-hour session will prepare you to meet your newest little baby going over the essentials of hypnobirthing and practical birth skills.

Using hypnobirthing techniques, learn all there is to know about a caesarean birth and the recovery afterwards in this four-hour class.

Newborn Early Parenting Class

During this three-hour class we will delve into a range of topics to help you better understand newborn behaviour from birth to 3 months. Topics include - sleep, feeding, newborn cares, understanding your baby + more.
